Bins must be completely empty on service day. If trash remains, we cannot clean that bin for safety and hygiene reasons. We'll send a reminder ahead of time.
Not at this time. We are focused exclusively on core Waterford, CT. Quaker Hill addresses cannot be serviced.
We typically arrive between 8 AM and 4 PM on your scheduled day — usually right after trash pickup so your bins are empty and ready. You don't need to be home.
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept Cash, Venmo, and CashApp. Griffin will send a text with payment instructions after the cleaning is complete.
